Characteristics
1、Nickel is the beneficiary element in roller and it increases the hardness of roller.
2、Magnesium plays the role of nodularization and it owns high purity without impurities and toxic effect.
3、It is convenient for adding by combination of nickel and magnesium which avoid molten iron splashing by adding magnesium alone. It can also avoid phenomenon of being burned before magnesium plays the role of nodularization.
Application
1、It can be used as nodularizer. When used as nodularizer,the magnesium assay is mainly 20%. This kind of Ni-Mg alloy can be used in working layer and core part of roller with the function of changing the state of graphite and increasing the hardness of roller.
2、It can be used as NI-MH battery anode material. The magnesium assay mainly keeps around 30%.
